Yes, it’s now officially available at the Apple App Store. We first announced the news of Opera Mini submission to the App Store for approval and now Opera just announced that Apple has finally approved the “fastest browser on earth” for iPhone and iPod touch. There were doubts that Apple will not approve Opera because it competes with the native Safari browser for iPhone.

Announcing the release of Opera Mini, CEO, Opera Software said:

This app is another step toward Opera's goal of bringing the Web to more people in more places.

Opera Mini adds entirely new experience to your iPhone/iPod touch browsing experience with a completely different user interface but the best of all is it’s speed since Opera uses it’s own servers to route pages to your iPhone.
