Taking Screen shots of your screen, application, progress, is a really nifty feature to have because it helps you to track different things, edit images, take record for use and much more. In this post, we will tell you how you can take screenshots in Windows 8 without using any extra software. It’s really easy and a handy feature that you must know of. So lets get started.
Wherever your are in your machine, taking screen shot will shot the current screen as it is. For example, in my case, I want to take screen shot of the following screen. For taking screen shot, just hold the Windows key and press the PrtScn (Print Screen) button on your keyboard.
Now press the Win + E keys to open windows file explorer. Now navigate to your Pictures library in the left side panel. Here, you will see a folder named”ScreenShots”. Open it and you will have the recently taken screen shot in it
