Google describes the change as indicative of it’s commitment to search! Well, how come increasing the size of the text box and font be a proof of it’s commitment to search? Today, Google announced that the search box’s size has been increased and so is the font size so that ‘you can see your query more clearly’. They also describe it as more fun experience. I don’t know how.

You see the suggestions’s font is also increased. Now my question is: What possible difference will it make?
